Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the achievement of department goals and adheres to policies, procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Greet patients/visitors and provide information and directions.
• Ensure patient security and confidentiality; assist with visitation policy.
• Assist with wheelchair transport and patient location updates using HIS/FirstNet.
• Perform quick registration in HIS and communicate updates to patients and families.
• Develop new ways to provide information to patients and visitors.
• Maintain an organized and clean waiting area and workstation.
