Job summary

IU Health North Hospital is seeking a friendly, patient-focused concierge to welcome guests and serve as an information resource. This part-time weekend role (0-24 hours/week) supports the Patient Experience department and operates on-site at North Hospital.

Responsibilities include providing accurate information, directing visitors, and upholding IU Health's mission and culture with a professional, concierge attitude. Prior healthcare patient contact is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and serves as an information resource throughout the hospital and adjacent facilities.
• Provides accurate, up-to-date information and directions to various departments and areas.
• Acts as a culture champion by embodying the mission and vision of IU Health with a friendly, concierge attitude.

Candidate Requirements
