Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a courteous Front Desk Support Staff member in Ardmore, OK. You will serve as the first point of contact, greet patients, process check-ins, verify insurance, and coordinate visits with providers.

The role requires professional communication, accuracy in data entry, and adherence to confidentiality. A supportive, team-based work environment is provided with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Professional and effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a medical clinic or general office work preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to understand insurance benefits and perform basic math tasks.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Understand confidentiality and HIPAA regulatory requirements.
• Typing at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to calls; arrange appointments and referrals; complete scheduling fields.
• Perform patient intake with accurate demographics and notes.
• Scan insurance cards; verify eligibility and benefits; ensure data accuracy.
• Handle prior authorizations with payers and notify the team of delays or non-coverage.
• Maintain organized workspace; review forms for completeness between patients.
• Balance daily cash, process deposits, and post transactions.
• Act as liaison between patients, staff, and physicians; communicate effectively.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.
