Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage patient flow and registration with accuracy and courtesy.
• Answer calls, take messages, and direct to appropriate staff.
• Process self-pay charges, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Scan insurance cards, verify insurance, and update patient records.
• Schedule appointments and confirm future visits; review eligibility.
• Assist with pre-authorizations and referrals as needed.
