Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and determine their needs and respond accordingly.
• Prepare for next day, same day and walk-in appointments.
• Provide all necessary paperwork for patients and reviews for completeness.
• Enter patient information in the EHR completely and accurately.
• Finalize visits through precise payment processing and charge verification.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Follow PCMH policies and procedures.
• Report to scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared.
• Engage in training and supervision offered, and implement feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
