Intermountain Health in Hyde Park, UT seeks a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet, register, verify information, and schedule appointments while handling payments and insurance forms.

The role requires strong communication and privacy skills, with emphasis on accurate EMR documentation and patient-focused service across two Logan-area locations.

Formación

• Six months of customer service experience involving interactions with customers.
• Basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in/out patients and verify information.
• Schedule appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients by confirming and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and signatures on forms as needed.
• Educate patients on financial assistance and process payments.
