Job summary

CityMD is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly greet incoming patients, register them, and coordinate timely care at our CityMD sites. You will handle intake, paperwork, and patient inquiries with urgency and kindness, both in person and on the phone.

The role requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort with fast-paced environments. Prior experience in service sectors is preferred; bilingual abilities may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service industry preferred.
• Typing speed around 55 wpm.
• Bilingual abilities based on site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Organize and coordinate patient intake and appointments.
• Enter/update patient information in the system.
• Assist patients with completing paperwork as needed.
• Scan, update, and file medical records.
• Answer calls and questions promptly and politely.
