Prenuvo Fort Mill clinic is hiring a Patient Liaison (Full-time) to warmly welcome patients, manage front desk duties, and coordinate with care teams. The role requires a customer-service mindset, accuracy, and a flexible schedule across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

This on-site position does not sponsor visas and requires US work authorization. As the face of the clinic, you will handle check-ins, registrations, and appointment coordination, while maintaining a superior patient

Formación

• At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related field.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence in medical and customer care.
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while addressing patient concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Front Desk: Patient Check-In, Registration, and Check Out.
• Verify patient identity and required documentation.
• Assist patients with completing registration and intake forms.
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
• Educate patients on post-scan expectations.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
• Ensure front desk area is organized and stocked.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
