Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify identity, assist with registration and intake forms.
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers and staff; keep front desk organized.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
