Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; register and check-out.
• Coordinate scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, and staff.
• Educate patients on post-scan expectations.
• Ensure front desk area is organized and stocked.
