Prenuvo is seeking a Patient Liaison for our Las Vegas, Nevada clinic. You will be the welcoming face for patients, coordinating front desk operations, check-in, and registration with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This on-site role requires flexibility to cover varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining a high standard of patient care. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service, strong communication, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• Punctual, dependable and committed to excellence in care.
• Able to work varied hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while showing empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Verify patient identity and required documentation; assist with registration and intake forms.
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments; educate patients post-scan expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and staff; keep the front desk organized and stocked.
• Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism; encourage feedback to improve the experience.
• Stand for extended periods as needed; follow breaks policy and safety guidelines for in-clinic care.
