• Answer telephones; provide answers to non-clinical questions and direct clinical questions.
• Interface with schedulers, physicians' offices, and hospitals.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and keep clinics running smoothly.
• Maintain patient account information by confirming insurance coverage and copays.
