Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing prep activities.
• Check in patients, verify demographics, and process demographic changes.
• Schedule appointments and manage correct appointment types.
• Obtain signatures on release and assignment forms, as needed.
• Answer calls and relay messages to physicians and staff.
