Responsibilities

Register patients, verify insurance information, and update demographic details.
Collect co-pays, balances, and provide receipts per office policies.
Answer and route calls, responding to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Assist with patient check-out and scheduling follow-up visits.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
