Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer at least two years of medical office or customer service experience.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred; eClinicalWorks experience a plus.
• Medical assisting experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone.
• Manage reception area to maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Schedule new patient appointments and follow-ups accurately.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and cross-train when needed.
