The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical front desk or customer service experience, is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and can communicate clearly, manage reminders, and respond to questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of front desk/customer service in medical setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Check-out patients at the end of visits.
• Make reminder calls and answer questions.
• Manage patient complaints and ensure a positive experience.
• Operate front desk tasks and basic clerical duties.
