Job summary

Salud Family Health is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create a positive first impression and promote a welcoming experience for patients. The CSA works within a team-based care model to support patients and families in self-management and behavior change.

The position offers a starting wage of $19.50–$22.50 per hour, with a schedule that includes mornings and some weekends. A comprehensive benefits package is provided including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of front desk/customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with patients.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekend hours.
• Willingness to learn and implement electronic health record-keeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out for all appointment types.
• Make reminder calls and answer patient questions; manage complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the patient care team in coordinating care and self-management for patients.
