Job summary

Salud Family Health is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create a positive first impression and deliver exceptional patient service in a team-based care setting. You will check patients in and out, handle reminders, and assist families with self-management and care navigation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk/customer service in medical setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as front desk receptionist and/or cashier.
• Check patients in and out for all appointment types.
• Make reminder calls and answer patient questions.
• Manage patient complaints and maintain a positive patient experience.
