Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Must have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience; hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Must possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with billing or admissions processes in a healthcare setting are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service with a cheerful, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Handle calls, route messages accurately.
• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures for arriving guests.
• Receive and transmit mail, packages and messages for clients.
• Maintain lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Adhere to attendance policies and arrive on time.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in the care of clients and facility property.
• Know emergency procedures and participate in required training.
