Job summary

Swish Dental in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Patient Concierge (Receptionist) to warmly welcome patients, verify insurance, and manage electronic intake forms. You will coordinate with the clinical team, escort patients to the front desk, and ensure a smooth check-in to checkout experience.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, fluent English, and reliable attendance. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate degree preferred; CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area.
• Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms.
• Notify the clinical team of patient’s arrival.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members.
• Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information.
• Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
