Job summary

Mint Dentistry is seeking a Dental Front Desk professional (Patient Concierge) to be the first and last impression for patients. You’ll greet patients like VIPs, manage the schedule, and coordinate payments with care, while supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience.

You should bring a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Dental/front desk exposure is a plus and social media savvy is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (dental/front desk a plus).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage daily scheduling for smooth flow.
• Check patients in/out with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial arrangements clearly.
• Support clinical team and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the MINT image in person and on social channels when needed.
