Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Dispensary Patient Consultant to provide concierge-level service and drive sales in a retail environment. You will assist patrons with product information, explain patient benefits, and maintain an engaging store experience.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons in a retail setting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service in retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred to assist a diverse customer base.
• Strong computer, math, language and reasoning skills.
• Occasionally requires local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company mission and maintain professional conduct.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Explain patient/membership benefits, discounts, and promotions.
• Follow safety and regulatory policies for product handling.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock shelves and supplies.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and cash drawer.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
