Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant in Pennsylvania to deliver concierge-level service, assist patrons, and drive sales in a retail cannabis location.

You will adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, lead floor tours, recommend products, manage memberships, and handle cash with care. Strong communication and bilingual Spanish skills are valued; prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mission and core values with high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations based on product research.
• Retain knowledge of patient benefits, discounts, promotions, and encourage memberships.
• Abide by product handling procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; stock items and sanitize.
• Operate cash register and POS system.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and compliance goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
