Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to enhance customer service and deliver a distinctive shopping experience at our retail location. The role supports patron and patient assistance while adhering to company policies and cannabis regulations.

The position emphasizes concierge-level service, product knowledge, and teamwork to meet sales and compliance goals while maintaining store standards and promotions information for medical guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail customer service.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mission and values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available.
• Retain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
• Abide by product handling procedures, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store by stocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met by timelines.
• All other job duties as assigned
