Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level customer service in our Linwood, PA retail location. The role emphasizes guiding patients, explaining benefits, and fostering memberships while adhering to company policies and regulations.

The position requires strong customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a 2-year college degree. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with emphasis on accuracy and ethical standards.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail customer service.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and answer questions or direct inquiries.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Promote memberships and inform patrons about benefits, discounts, and promotions.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and cash drawer; handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, stock items, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and regulatory goals.
