Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and guide patrons through an informed buying experience at our Philadelphia location.

You will help patients understand benefits, promotions, and product options while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in retail is preferred
• Strong computer, math, language, and reasoning abilities are expected
• Ability to multitask and work well with customers in person and on the phone

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions
• Lead store floor tours and promote products based on research
• Explain patient/member benefits and promotions to drive memberships
• Operate POS system and manage cash register
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals
