Jushi in Mount Pocono, PA is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service, aid patrons, and support daily retail operations in accordance with company policy and state regulations.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, lead shop tours, promote medical guest memberships, and maintain a clean, compliant store while using a POS system to process transactions and assist guests.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations based on research.
• Know patient/member benefits, discounts and promotions and encourage memberships.

• Operate cash register and POS system.
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales and compliance goals are met.
