Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a Patient Relations Rep II - Multi-Specialty to assist patients with billing, scheduling, and registration inquiries and to provide strong customer service. The role emphasizes verification of insurance, deductibles, and co-pay amounts for a range of clinic services.

Under supervision, you will document information in triage software, support scheduling for multiple providers, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Health care environment experience preferred.
• Insurance knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Verify insurance information, deductibles, and co-pays for various clinic services. Document verified information in triage software.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages and route to appropriate area.
• Document in electronic medical records and other essential software tools.
• Diffuse irate customers and resolve concerns while maintaining public relations.
• Maintain knowledge of scheduling and billing systems (IDX, Epic).
• Coordinate multiple appointments across providers and therapies using patient-centric scheduling.
