MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas in Fayetteville is seeking a PRN Ancillary Receptionist to join our healthcare team. If you are organized, friendly, and enjoy helping patients and teammates, we'd love to hear from you.

You will greet patients, verify information, direct them to the proper area, monitor the lobby, and manage calls and emails to coordinate with departments. A HS diploma and 7–11 months related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7–11 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and direct to proper ancillary area; manage all phases of the patient encounter.
• Verify patients accurately.
• Monitor lobby area and assist patients and visitors as needed.
• Manage multiline telephone extensions; communicate with departments via phone or email.
