Job summary

Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking a PRN team member for the Ancillary Desk to greet patients, verify information, and help direct visitors. You will manage multi-line phones and coordinate with departments to support a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and 7–11 months of related experience or training; be organized, friendly, and enjoy helping patients and teammates in a busy, patient-centered clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training
