Job summary

Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking a PRN team member for our Ancillary Desk who is organized, friendly, and enjoys helping patients and teammates alike. You will greet patients and direct them to the proper area while managing all phases of the patient encounter.

Responsibilities include verifying patients, monitoring the lobby, and handling multiline calls and emails to communicate with various departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training.
