Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the patient encounter; verify and/or update patient contact information. Work as a cashier, checking out patients post appointment and scheduling follow up appointments as needed.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and follow-up with no-show appointments as needed
• Receive, record, and relay incoming messages to appropriate personnel timely
• Collect copays and balances, and balance at the end of the day
• Perform other related duties as assigned
