The role involves verifying patient information, delivering charts, answering calls, and handling copays with accuracy to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Formación

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of patient encounters; verify/update patient contact information and deliver charts prior to visits.
• Answer incoming calls and follow up with no-show appointments as needed.
• Receive, record, and relay messages to appropriate personnel timely.
• Collect copays and balances, maintain logs, and balance at end of day.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
