• Greeting and registering patients for inpatient, outpatient surgery, ER, pre-testing, and physical therapy visits.
• Collecting co-pays and maintaining payment records.
• Entering and updating patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Explaining facility policies, procedures, and patient information as needed.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and organized records.

Responsibilities
