Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of general office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Windows-based systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule routine, follow-up, and specialty appointments as needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact, responding to patient and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communicate delays or updates.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving during challenging patient interactions.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Support a positive, efficient front-office experience in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
