Empire Eye is seeking a Patient Concierge to join our progressive ophthalmic practice. This hybrid role blends front-desk hospitality with essential registration duties to ensure smooth patient visits.

You will handle check-in/out, coordinate with insurance, gather medical histories, and provide clear information about services. A friendly communicator with basic office experience will thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year general office experience in a healthcare setting, Ophthalmology preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Empire Eye is a progressive ophthalmic medical and surgical practice. We are seeking a Patient Concierge to join our team. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying demographic and financial information, completing patient registration in the EHR system, and collecting detailed medical histories. Provide patients with accurate expectations regarding exam visits, coordinate care with other services, triage calls to clinical staff, and manage documentation and follow-up.

This will be a Hybrid position to include some of the Patient Services Representative duties.
