Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls and provides information with excellent customer service and professional etiquette.
• Operates paging system and acts as dispatcher between hospital personnel and security when needed.
• Monitors alarm panels, telephones, two-way radio, and fax; documents malfunctions and notifies designated personnel.
• Assists with admitting patients as needed and maintains patient information.
• Orients and mentors staff on department duties and relationships with other departments.
