• Enter notes into databases for future collections and inter-departmental communications.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, explaining balances and payment options.
• Maintain accuracy, quality control, and performance to meet goals.
• Communicate issues to team or lead when needed.
• Maintain flexibility regarding schedule changes.
• Ask for payment to drive collections.
