Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Medical Patient Collector in Bradenton, FL to manage patient collections and related billing tasks. You will navigate multiple billing systems, explain balances to patients, and document notes for ongoing collections efforts.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound communications professionally. Spanish language skills are a plus, and experience with medical billing is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Multitasks and navigate billing systems to gather billing and collection information.
• Retain and apply client requirements policy and procedures.
• Read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).
• Enter notes into databases for collections and inter-departmental communications.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to explain balances and payment options.
