Job summary

EyeCare Partners in the United States seeks an Office Manager to lead a busy ophthalmic office. You will drive Total Patient Experience (TPE), manage sales and profitability, oversee staffing, training, inventory, and safety, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, a state-licensed or eligible Office Manager background, and proven ability to coordinate doctor relations, scheduling, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff, serving as liaison between doctor and team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; conduct KPI reviews and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA & OSHA, safety rules, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
