Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a business setting (healthcare or hospitality) with direct patient or customer service delivery.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform health screening and check-in.
• Verify demographics and insurance information in the Practice Management System.
• Collect payments and post them to the correct account.
• Complete end-of-day cash reconciliation and related cash-handling tasks.
• Ensure proper completion of forms and patient referrals in the system.
• Support coverage at cross-site locations as needed.
