Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer-facing experience; Epic experience and cash handling are preferred to support accurate registrations and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
• Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete check-in including health screening to confirm arrival according to service standards.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; update as needed in the Practice Management System.
• Collect payments and post to patient accounts; balance daily cash and reconcile with deposits.
• Handle end-of-day cash processing and prepare daily bank deposits.
• Provide information to patients, coordinate transportation if needed, and assist with interpreter services.
