The role requires strong customer service, 1+ year experience in front-desk healthcare, and comfort with cash handling and multiple software systems. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm EST, located at 20 Wall St, Burlington, MA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the check-in process.
• Verify demographics and insurance information in the Practice Management System.
• Collect payments, co-pays and outstanding balances; post to accounts.
• Ensure all forms are completed and signed for compliance and billing.
• Handle end-of-day cash reconciliation and daily deposits.
• Support cash handling procedures and balance daily transactions.
