Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions seeks a Customer Experience Pharmacist to deliver outstanding patient care in a high-volume setting. You will interpret prescriptions, counsel patients and prescribers, and oversee technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include input accuracy, product advisement, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements, while maintaining safe handling of compounding chemicals in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork ability.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail for dosing and calculations.
• Experience with compounding, manufacturing environments, and federally regulated facilities preferred.
• Background in chemistry and ability to draft or interpret SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescription orders and input them into the computer system accurately.
• Advise patients and doctors on products and usage.
• Verify compounding formulas and update lot/expiration dates.
• Perform final check on prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise technicians to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Accept verbal orders from voicemail, IVR, or direct calls and enter them correctly.
• Answer phones as needed and ensure policy compliance.
• Adhere to state and federal laws and safety measures when handling chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
