Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions in Wisconsin is hiring a Customer Experience Technician to deliver top-tier patient care and support a busy pharmacy operation. You will handle high-volume phone calls, interpret prescriptions, and enter data into the dispensing system.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, and Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration is preferred or obtainable on hire. Strong customer service, empathy, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or obtained upon hire
• Preferred Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain it
• Excellent customer service, empathy and communication essential
• Strong attention to detail and math skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of pharmacy rules and regulations
• Interpret faxes, escripts, verbal and written orders
• Input information into dispensing software
• Charge credit cards for orders
• Answer patient/customer calls and provide excellent service
• Process refill requests for patients and providers
• Call patients about new prescriptions
• Call providers for refill requests
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
