Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Experience Technician to deliver superior patient care and support a high-volume call center environment. The role focuses on accurate data entry, order processing, and handling prescriptions with a patient-first approach.

You will work within a team, adhering to pharmacy rules and ensuring confidentiality while providing exceptional service to customers and providers in a retail pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates who do not currently hold a Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration must be willing and able to obtain one upon hire.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills.
• Experience with data entry, email, internet; teamwork in a retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume patient and provider calls with excellent service.
• Input all prescription and order information into dispensing software.
• Process refill requests and communicate with patients/providers.
• Charge credit cards for orders.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with pharmacy rules.
