Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration is preferred or obtainable on hire.

• Strong attention to detail and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume patient and provider phone calls with professional service.
• Input orders into the dispensing software and process data entry accurately.
• Charge credit cards for orders and ensure secure payment handling.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with pharmacy regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
