Summit Health is seeking a Non-Clinical Office Supervisor or RN/LPN Office Supervisor to oversee busy Family/Internal Medicine offices in Westfield and Berkeley Heights, NJ. The role involves coordinating daily operations, front desk performance, scheduling, admissions and patient flow to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of management experience, strong leadership and English communication skills, and familiarity with EHR and practice

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and coordinate daily operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage front desk and scheduling, admissions and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate staff PTO, staffing needs and resource utilization.
• Communicate policies, provide staff leadership and develop teams.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
