Qualifications

• 2-4 years related work experience required, 5-8 years preferred.
• State of Oregon RN license required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support in day to day operations within the clinical setting.
• Ensures policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
• Manages staff schedules, PTO, overtime, and attendance reporting.
• Hires and orients new staff and conducts annual performance evaluations.
• Implements quality improvement processes and monitors dashboards.
