Job summary

Summit Health Management is seeking a Clinical Office Supervisor, RN to oversee daily clinical operations and lead a team of staff. The role ensures high-quality patient care, effective scheduling, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with the Department Manager and Clinic leadership, directing workflows, coordinating training, and evaluating staff performance to support meaningful use and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily clinical office operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Plan, organize and coordinate staff schedules and staffing needs.
• Lead and coach staff; communicate policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate with Care Management for Meaningful Use and patient care handoffs.
• Manage staff training and performance evaluations

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct patient care within the scope of licensure and policy.
• Maintains patient safety and accuracy of charting in EHR.
• Ensures accurate scheduling, intake processes, and referrals.
• Publishes monthly staff schedules and manages PTO and overtime.
• Trains staff and supports career ladder advancement.
• Leads department meetings and improves clinical workflows.
